I can teach you self-hypnosis techniques, as well as resolve any underlying issues that may be at the root cause of how you are feeling. Sometimes just 1 or 2 sessions are enough, sometimes you may wish to choose a short course of treatment lasting say 2 – 5 sessions, but it really depends on where you are at and what you want.
Whatever your particular stress feelings, there is always a way for you to reduce and resolve it and we can help you do that.
