Step 2 (Approx. 1 hour) – A deeper hypnosis session which looks at your conscious and subconscious thoughts and removes any limiting ideas or beliefs which are stopping you from achieving your goals.
Step 3 (Approx. 1 hour) – A final hypnosis session which reinforces your new identity and builds new neural paths which help you maintain your new healthy relationship with food, exercise and nutrition.
Sessions are normally spread over 4 to 6 weeks but can be adjusted to work with your schedule.
